I graduated from Howard University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications. I attended Howard on a full athletic softball scholarship. As a student-athlete I was a four-time Academic All American Selection, Most Defensive Player and team MVP twice. I attended Helix High School in San Diego California - the beautiful city where I am from.

I am a seasoned journalist - best known for my out-of-the-box thinking, my innate ability to connect the dots, and my passion for purpose. I keep the principal of intention at the forefront of all of my projects so that my work serves the audience to fulfill the mission of uplifting, encouraging, enlightening and entertaining. Crossover Media serves as a platform to nurture and refine ideas and effectively bring them to life.
